Maintaining your natural hair doesn't have to cost a fortune. Many new naturals fall victim to product junkyism, trying any and everything someone suggests to them. Its great to get advise, but proceed with care. Read lables and make an informed decision based on YOUR hair needs. There are tons of products out there and something will be that magic potion for you, done automatically assume that just because somethings cost more that its a better quality. I can name a few OVER priced products that many have tried and got less than stellar results. You can go in your kitchen right now and find some useful aids for your tresses, like EVOO(extra virgin olive oil), honey, baking soda, to name a few. So do some research and get to know your hair and decide what it needs to flourish. Happy growing!!
If you haven't noticed there's a new type of product making a break thru on the natural hair scene, MUD! Thats right I'd been seeing it show up more and more on Youtube and I must say I was curious to know what the fuss was about. You know how things show up and fizzle out in the NHC (like the Tangle Ripper, oops I mean Teezer). Fortunately I was contacted by Patricia Gaspard to try out her new Detox Mud Mask, which is for all hair types. I received a 2oz. sample jar and WOAH, was I shocked to see how it affected my hair. Lets just say, you need to get some of this Mud. Watch my review on YT to see for yourself.
